Can't Log in? Check Your Clock
This may be caused by an incorrect time setting on your computer. Here is how to fix it.
Why does the clock matter?
praxisOnline uses security protocols that depend on your computer's clock showing the correct time. If the clock is incorrectly set – even by a few minutes – it may prevent you from logging in. Fortunately, it is easy to fix.
How to do it on Windows
- Click the Start button and select Settings.
- Go to Time & language and click Date & time.
- Make sure both Set time automatically and Set time zone automatically are turned on.
- If the automatic setting does not work, you can turn them off and select your correct time and time zone manually.
How to do it on Mac
- Click the Apple icon in the top left corner and select System Settings (or System Preferences on older macOS versions).
- Click General and select Date & Time.
- Make sure Set time and date automatically is turned on.
Note: If the setting is locked, you may be prompted to enter your administrator password or use Touch ID to allow changes
