Problems Logging in to praxisOnline?

Are you being redirected to the login page when you try to log in to praxisOnline? This may be caused by saved data in your browser. Here is a quick guide to clearing your cache and cookies in Chrome and Safari.

What are cache and cookies?

Your browser saves temporary data from the websites you visit — this is called cache and cookies. This happens to make pages load faster next time. However, sometimes this saved data can conflict with praxisOnline and prevent you from logging in.

The solution is usually simple: clear your browser of old data.

How to do it in Chrome

    • Open Chrome on your computer.
    • Click the three dots in the top right corner.
    • Click Delete browsing data.
    • Make sure Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data are both checked.
    • Select All time in the time range dropdown menu.
    • Click Clear data.

How to do it in Safari

    • Open Safari on your Mac.
    • Click Safari in the top left corner of the menu bar.
    • Click Settings, then select Privacy.
    • Click Manage Website Data.
    • Select the relevant websites and click Remove or Remove All.

Tip: Try logging in to praxisOnline again after clearing your browsing data. This resolves the issue in most cases.
